Information Collected and Its Uses
Account registration requires only a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not collected as mandatory account information. The username identifies the account, links it to subscription status, and supports login requests. The password is handled securely to verify account access, and users should keep their login credentials safe.
VPNJU retains order records needed to provide the service, including the selected plan, order status, payment result, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is used to activate subscriptions, verify payments, process refund requests, investigate order issues, and maintain necessary accounting records.
When users submit a support ticket, the service processes the ticket content, attachments, and related account information to investigate connection, client, or order issues. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a support ticket.
No-Logs Position and Connection Data
VPNJU follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing content, DNS query content, or communications, or create historical records that could be used to reconstruct personal network activity.
The service does not retain connection logs that can be linked to a specific account over the long term. To establish connections, assign routes, track plan traffic, and troubleshoot issues, the system may process necessary operational status during a session, such as whether a connection succeeded, which route was used, and traffic changes. This status is used only to provide the service, protect security, and support technical investigation; it is not stored as browsing history. After a session ends or troubleshooting is complete, temporary connection information that no longer needs to be processed is not retained.
Analytics, Cookies, and Local Storage
The website may collect basic analytics, such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, and page error information. These data help determine whether pages load correctly, improve navigation, and identify abnormal access. They are not used to record the content users access through international routes.
Marketing pages and the user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, interface language, session identifiers, and necessary preferences. Disabling these features may prevent login status from being maintained or make some panel functions unavailable. The service does not use cookies to create cross-site browsing profiles.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNJU supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service or transaction network. The service does not obtain complete authentication credentials for third-party payment accounts; it receives only the payment result, transaction identifier, and order status needed to complete an order.
Third-party payment services process payment information according to their own policies. Before entering the payment process, users should also review the privacy notice of the relevant provider. VPNJU uses payment results only as needed to activate subscriptions, verify orders, process refunds, and handle disputes.
Data Retention, Security, and Deletion
Account and order data are retained only as needed to maintain subscriptions, fulfill transactions, handle support tickets, and meet necessary accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Analytics data are aggregated or de-identified as needed for operational analysis. Data that are no longer necessary for processing are deleted or converted into a form that cannot be directly linked to an account.
VPNJU reduces the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure through access controls, transmission protection, and internal operational restrictions. Only processes that genuinely need the data to provide services, process orders, or investigate issues may access the relevant information.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. After receiving a request, the service first verifies account ownership and then processes data eligible for deletion. Content that must temporarily be retained because of an unsettled order, refund dispute, security investigation, or necessary accounting record will be handled under this policy after the relevant matter ends.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated when service features, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. If a change materially affects user rights or the scope of data processing, VPNJU will provide an explanation through a site announcement or the user panel.
Users are encouraged to review this page regularly before continuing to use subscription services. Questions about this policy or account data processing can be submitted through the user panel.
