From Account to Connection Verification

VPN Setup Guide

Complete account setup, plan selection, subscription import, and connection checks in order. Each step explains where to find the relevant option, what to look for, and where to go next.

ACCOUNT

Create an account

First, open the VPNJU registration page. Set a username and password; no email address is required. Use a username you can remember and a password that is not reused on other websites, since they protect access to your user panel, plan, order, and subscription details. Submit the form when finished. The page should open the user panel; if your browser remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just created.

After opening the panel, check that the current username appears at the top of the page or in the account overview. The account is now ready to use, but no active subscription will be available until you choose a plan. Do not copy a link from the browser address bar or mistake the login page URL for a subscription link. Next, open the plans section and place an order based on your expected data usage.

PLAN

Choose a plan and place an order

The user panel offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. These plans suit ongoing work, everyday browsing, or frequent streaming; choose the tier that matches your expected usage.

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires. They suit irregular usage and budgets based on actual consumption. Both options support use on an unlimited number of devices, but devices under the same account share the plan’s data allowance. When choosing, consider total usage across all devices rather than only the number connected at once.

Once you have chosen a plan, select it on the plan card and open the order confirmation page. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the account overview and wait for the order status to become active. VPNJU offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. If you still have questions about billing, read the full plan details before returning to the panel to choose a plan.

View Plans in the Panel Copy the subscription only after the status shows active.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get your subscription from the user panel

Once the order is active, open the account overview in the user panel. You will see the current plan status, remaining data, and subscription options. Click to copy the subscription link, or use the panel’s import option to open the relevant client. The link is tied to your account and should be stored only on your own devices and clients. When changing devices, return to the panel and copy it again; do not assemble or edit the parameters yourself.

A subscription link is usually a long URL. The example below shows formatting only; it is not connected to VPNJU and cannot establish a connection:

After copying it, do not open the link in a regular web page or remove anything after the question mark. Instead, find the subscription or configuration option inside the client and paste the complete link there. If the panel does not show a subscription option yet, refresh the account overview and confirm that the order is active. If it still does not appear, submit a ticket from the user panel with the order status and platform you are using.

Open Account Overview Copy the complete link without editing it.

CLIENTS

Import on each platform’s client

VPNJU supports Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux. This section covers the main steps for common desktop and mobile platforms. Get clients and access instructions from the user panel; static installers are not provided on marketing pages. In the panel’s download area, select your platform and follow the instructions to prepare the client. After installation, return here and begin with subscription import.

WDesktop

Windows

In the user panel’s client download area, select Windows and get the client suited to your system. After installing and opening it, look in the sidebar or main interface for “Subscription,” “Configuration Management,” or “Import from URL.” Add a subscription and paste the complete link you copied earlier into the address field. You can name it “VPNJU” for easy identification. Save it and click Update; the client will load the region, route type, and protocol list.

Once the list appears, keep the system proxy or the client’s recommended connection mode; there is no need to adjust advanced network settings during initial setup. Choose a route near your destination and start the connection. If Windows asks for network access, allow the client to establish the required connection, then continue to verification.

MDesktop

macOS

Open the macOS access section from the user panel and prepare the client as instructed. The first launch may ask you to approve app permissions or add a network configuration. Follow the system prompts, then open the client’s configuration management area and choose URL import, Add Remote Configuration, or subscription import. Paste the complete subscription link and save it.

After a successful update, the route list will appear in the menu bar or client window. Start with the standard connection mode, then choose a destination region. If the system asks again to allow a network configuration, confirm it. If macOS permissions were denied, the client may display routes but fail to connect. Check the relevant network permission in System Settings and restart the client.

AMobile

Android

Select Android in the user panel and prepare the client using the method shown. Open the app and find the add-configuration option; common labels include “Add Subscription,” “Import from Clipboard,” and “Import from URL.” Paste the subscription link, confirm, and update. When routes organized by region appear, the client has imported the subscription correctly.

Choose a route and start the connection. The system will show a confirmation dialog for creating a network connection. Allow it, and the client should show Connected. Switching between mobile and Wi-Fi networks may briefly interrupt the connection; return to the client and reconnect. To keep the subscription list current, manually update it when routes change or connection issues occur.

iMobile

iOS

Open the iOS section in the user panel and use the access method shown to prepare a suitable client. In the client, choose Add Configuration, Subscription, or Import from URL. Paste the link copied from the account overview, save it, and refresh the configuration. After a successful import, the app will show selectable regions and routes rather than only a URL.

Select a route and start the connection. iOS will ask for permission to add a network configuration. Confirm the prompt and return to the client until the status changes to Connected. You normally do not need to reimport the subscription when switching routes: stop the current connection, choose another route, and connect again. If the route list is empty, check that the copied content is complete and copy it again from the user panel.

Get the Client Get both the client and subscription from the user panel.

VERIFY

Connect and verify that it works

After importing the subscription, update it once and choose a route from the list. VPNJU covers 110+ countries and 180+ routes, including direct, relay, and IEPL routes, with support for Shadowsocks, VMess, Trojan, VLESS, Hysteria2, and TUIC. For your first session, there is no need to compare protocol settings individually; use the client’s recommendation or choose a route near the destination service.

After starting the connection, wait until the client shows Connected, then reopen the destination website or refresh the original page. Do not rely only on the client button color: confirm that the page loads normally, the sign-in flow continues, and video or work content transfers consistently. If the page still shows the pre-connection result, close the old tab and reopen it, or temporarily quit and relaunch the target app.

Once the connection works, everyday switching only requires stopping the current route in the client, choosing another region, and reconnecting. You do not need to repeat registration, payment, or import. To use the service on a computer and mobile device at the same time, install the appropriate client on each device and import the same account subscription. VPNJU supports an unlimited number of devices, which share the data allowance of the current plan.

CHECK

Troubleshooting order for connection issues

If the client shows no routes, return to the user panel and confirm the plan status. Copy the subscription link again and update it in the client. Check that the link was copied completely from start to finish and that you did not use the account overview URL as the subscription. Deleting the old configuration and importing it again can also rule out stale or incorrect client data.

If routes appear but will not connect, try another route in the same region, then test other route types. Check that the system has granted network-configuration permission and that the device’s current network can open ordinary websites. On desktop systems, fully quit and reopen the client; on mobile devices, switch networks and initiate the connection again.

If you can connect but the destination service is unstable, choose a region closer to the destination and test direct, relay, and IEPL routes separately. Protocols differ in connection setup, resource usage, and mobile performance. The underlying principles are outside this page; see the technical reference for routes and protocols. More specific account, connection, speed, and billing questions are collected in the FAQs. If the issue persists, submit a ticket from the user panel and include your platform, the client step you reached, and the actions you have already tried.
