Service Scope and Applicability
VPNJU provides international routes for cross-border access, subscription management, client download access, and related technical support. Current coverage includes 110+ countries / 180+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route regions, protocols, and access methods may change according to network conditions, maintenance schedules, and available resources. The content actually shown as available in the user panel takes precedence.
The service is intended to improve connection paths when accessing international websites and online services. It does not mean that VPNJU endorses any third-party website, application, content, or transaction. The regions where third-party services are available, their account rules, content catalogs, and access policies are determined by those services, and VPNJU cannot control such changes.
Account, Device, and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription URL, and other information in the user panel, and are responsible for connections, orders, and other actions initiated under their accounts. Account credentials and subscription content may not be shared with, rented to, or resold to third parties, or redistributed as part of another commercial service.
VPNJU plans support unlimited devices, but this rule is intended for the account holder’s own devices and does not authorize providing access to third parties. If excessive abnormal requests, public distribution of subscription information, or other conduct affects route resources or normal user access, VPNJU may take necessary measures such as restricting connections, resetting subscriptions, or suspending accounts.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The user panel provides the definitive information on available traffic, subscription status, and order history.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the region where the service is actually used, and must independently confirm that their accessed content and usage methods meet those requirements. VPNJU may not be used for illegal activities, infringement of another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, network attacks, fraud, harassment, distribution of malicious programs, or interference with public network operations.
Users may not continuously consume route resources through automated methods, deliberately evade reasonable resource management measures, or use the service in ways that affect other users’ normal connections. When VPNJU receives a valid legal request or identifies clear violations, it may retain necessary processing records and take appropriate action under applicable rules.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
Cross-border connections may be affected by carrier routing, device environments, local network quality, route maintenance, and third-party platform policies. VPNJU maintains and schedules routes, but does not promise that every route will maintain the same performance in every region, on every device, or under every network condition, nor does it guarantee that any third-party service will always be accessible.
Planned maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, or route adjustments may cause temporary connection changes. Users should save important materials promptly and select routes and protocols suitable for their actual needs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNJU is not liable for indirect losses caused by user device configurations, third-party service interruptions, local network disruptions, force majeure, or events beyond VPNJU’s reasonable control.
Refunds and Account Termination
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. The account holder must submit a support ticket through the user panel so the relevant order and account status can be verified. This period begins at the time of the first payment, and the refund result will be communicated through the user panel.
If a user violates these terms, resells or shares account credentials, threatens route operations, infringes third-party rights, provides false order information, or refuses necessary security verification, VPNJU may restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant account as appropriate. Any action will take into account the nature of the conduct, its scope, and applicable legal requirements, and account termination does not replace any other liability imposed by law.
Changes and Notices
VPNJU may update these terms in response to service changes, legal requirements, or operational rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Important changes involving account or subscription use may also be announced through the user panel. Users should review the current version regularly.
Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated indicates acceptance of the revised content. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service and submit a request through the user panel when eligible under the refund terms. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
